Playing time will be afforded to all players, but not necessarily in equal proportions. Playing time is the sole decision of the coach and may be influenced by attendance, tardiness, discipline, and ultimately by ability under or in pressure situations. These decisions may only be discussed with the athlete themselves. I understand that by accepting a position on one of the Westman Club 15u/16u teams and paying my child’s player fees that my child is entitled to train and practice as a Westman athlete. Playing time however, is earned and is based on many factors including attendance, work ethic, attitude and game preparedness.

(14U team will follow the Volleyball Manitoba guidelines.  Ex. 12 players on a team 6 would play the first set.  A new six would play the second set.  If the match goes to a 3rd and deciding set the coach could play any six players.
